“This collection of courageous stories left me humbled, hopeful, and inspired. The strength, vulnerability, and perseverance these women exemplify moved me to tears, and healed parts of my soul that were unknowingly hurting. I’m grateful for their tangible tools and takeaways. Everyone can learn from these powerful voices who struggled in silence, and sang anyhow.”

“Angel Kibble, you have the gift of telling your story in a way that just connects with the people that need to hear this. I was glued to your words feeling everything you went through and even connecting with you through my own experiences of abuse. The way you so elegantly write the twists and turns makes the reader (me) realize that we can decide what is no longer our story and we can rewrite a new chapter. We are in control. Thank you for sharing such vulnerability. You are a voice meant to help many! WoW!”

“Griping, Powerful, and Raw. Your heart bleeds, savouring each story of strength, loss, fight, triumph and survival. She’s No Longer Silent is a tribute to the wonderment that is to be a Woman. I couldn’t put it down and I’m waiting for my heart to stop pounding so I can pick it back up and read it again.”

“I really liked this book. It felt so poignant and personal, and I truly could, not only emphasize, but identify myself in some parts. Sometimes I underestimate the power of my own voice and this book reminded me how important it is to speak up to overcome some situations and, what I think it’s more important, help others to do so during and after the healing process. Because you’re helping yourself when you talk, but you’re also helping people around you. It’s important to remember, always, that you are not alone.
These brave and inspiring women learned to turn darkness into light, and found their own voices in the process in ways hard to expect after the circumstances they went through. The fact that they were capable of moving on, encourages everyone that has suffered the unthinkable to raise their voices and turn what was done to them into positive actions.
It was really inspiring to get to know these women at this level, and when I finished this book I thought of the importance of focusing on the positive things you can do instead of the negative things that had been done to you, of taking the damage and turn it into healing words for others. It helps you remember to take the bad of the world so the good can shine brighter.
This is a book that encourages us to think about ourselves and our mental health. That reminds us not to let people around us determine our value and to identify when a relationship is harming, toxic and wrong. It’s a book that made me remember it’s only human to make mistakes and doubt ourselves because of it, but it’s not ok to stay like that.
It reminded me that being brave, strong and grateful never gets old. Self care is never a cliché.
A helpful, inspiring and educational book that every woman should read to learn a little more about healing. It wasn’t women talking out of rage, resentment or sadness, but from their success and victory over pain.”
